Natural Remedies and Cures: Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by an inability to sleep and/or an inability to remain asleep for an extended period of time. People with insomnia typically have problems falling and/or staying asleep, or sleeping soundly.
Causes of Insomnia
The following are thought to contribute to insomnia:

Supplements That Can Treat Insomnia
The following vitamins and supplements are used to treat the symptoms of Insomnia:
