<p>        By doing the following, you and prevent and/or fight cancer:</p>

<li>Keep your weight at a healthy level. </li>

<li> Avoid foods with <a href="http://www.practicalliving.com/index.php/disease-prevention/is-msg-lurking-in-your-food/" target="_blank">MSG</a></li>
<li>Get daily exercise. </li>
<li>Limit consumption of food and drinks high in sugar, low in fiber, and high in fat.
            </li>
<li>Increase consumption of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and beans. </li>
<li>Limit and/or avoid meat consumption. </li>
<li>Don&#8217;t eat too much salt. </li>
<li>Keep alcohol intake to a minimum. Men should have no more than two drinks daily,<br />
                while women should have no more than one drink daily. </li>
<li>Avoid both smoking and chewing tobacco. </li>
<li>Cancer survivors should keep their weight at a healthy level to lessen the chance<br />
                of the cancer&#8217;s return. </li>
<li>
               Avoid Vitamin B supplements (except B-12 and B-9)
                </li>
<li>
               Avoid Iron supplements
                </li>
<li>Avoid drinking tap water </li>
<li>Switch to a diet in which 51% of your food intake is organic, raw, and uncooked. </li>
<li>Avoid taking vitamin supplements in their synthetic(man-made) form as opposed to natural vitamin supplements as synthetic vitamins cause the body to become acidic.</li>
<li>Avoid canned food because they contain a chemical called BPA, which is a carcinogen.</li>
<li>Remove mercury dental fillings, root canals, and/or metal alloy dental crowns.</li>
