With all the craze recently over the health effects of the Acai Berry. I decided to do some research of my own.
I remember a few years back when everyone was talking about the Atkins diet and how much weight you could lose.
But was it really a healthy or sustainable diet, as much as it was a huge marketting scheme?

  • Cholesterol management
  • Improvement of digestive system
  • Strengthening immune system
  • Weight loss
